If the people of England were asked, they would vote for an English Parliament and for tax-varying powers, and I believe that they would vote with enthusiasm.

My party has not yet formally come out in favour of an English Parliament. I think that it is wrong about that.

I believe that there should be an English Parliament and that there should a referendum, which should have two questions, so my cards are on the table.
